What is the Südtirol Skiarena?

The Südtirol Skiarena is a network of 18 ski resorts across South Tyrol. With a valid Südtirol Skipass, you can access all partner resorts.

How much does the season pass cost?

Prices vary depending on the tariff category. The current price list is available online and at all official sales points.

Are there discounts for children, students, or seniors?

Various discounts are available depending on the category. Some tariffs may require documents such as an ID or student card.

Where and when can I buy a skipass?

The Südtirol Skipass can be purchased online and at official sales points during the presale period and throughout the season.

What is the presale period?

The presale starts on 12 August 2026 and ends on 30 November 2026.

What are the advantages of buying online?

Convenient booking from home, no waiting at ticket counters, fast and secure payment.

Is the Südtirol Skipass valid in summer?

Yes. During the summer season, each open lift can be used once per day for one ascent and one descent.

Which slopes and lifts are currently open?

Where can I find slope maps and webcams?

Slope maps, webcams, and current information are available on the detail pages of each ski resort.

What happens if I lose or forget my skipass?

Please contact the ticket office of the respective ski resort. A replacement ticket can be issued for a fee of 10.00 €.

Can I cancel my skipass?

No. Purchased Südtirol Skipasses cannot be cancelled.

Where can I take out cancellation insurance?

From October 2026, you can take it out independently via the QR code available at the ticket counters.

How much does the cancellation insurance cost?

It costs 15.00 €.

Who do I contact for reimbursement after a ski accident?

Contact the insurance company where you purchased your policy. Without valid insurance, no reimbursement is possible.

I have a dog. What options are available?

A season pass can also be purchased for dogs. Alternatively, day tickets are available in the partner resorts.

Is parking included in the Südtirol Skipass?

No. Parking fees and regulations depend on each individual ski resort.

Can I visit multiple ski resorts in one day?

Yes. With a valid Südtirol Skipass, you can visit multiple partner resorts in a single day.

Which ski schools and rental shops are available?

How does the season pass work in winter and summer?

In winter, you can use all lifts during operating hours without restrictions. In summer, one ascent and one descent per day are included for each open lift.

What happens with old OSA-Keycards?

Owners of an Ortler Skiarena Keycard from the 2024/25 or 2025/26 seasons receive a €2.00 refund when returning the card and purchasing a Südtirol Skipass 2027.

Are there compensations for weather-related or operational interruptions?

Regulations are defined in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Weather or operational interruptions generally do not entitle you to compensation.

What happens in the event of misuse of the skipass?

If misuse is detected, the skipass is immediately blocked. A contractual penalty of €500 (Südtirol Skipass Holiday €300) is applied for each case of misuse, and the skipass is suspended for 14 days. Reactivation can take place no earlier than 14 days after the misuse has been identified. If cooperation is refused, a formal report will be filed.
